Your right of return

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at hello@herbariumprints.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

You may handle the item to the extent necessary to establish its nature and characteristics, as you would in a physical store. If the item has been handled beyond this, we reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the diminished value from your refund.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Any customs duties or import fees incurred upon return are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from your refund if paid by us on your behalf.

As we offer free shipping, no shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item in its original condition. Refunds cover the product price only.

Damaged or defective prints

If your print arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days with a photo of the damage. We will send a replacement at no cost.

Wrong product received

If you received the wrong print or size, contact us and we will ship the correct item immediately.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days via your original payment method.
