Print-on-demand products

Since every poster is printed specifically for you, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. This is standard practice for print-on-demand products.

Damaged or defective prints

If your print arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days with a photo of the damage. We will send a replacement at no cost.

Wrong product received

If you received the wrong print or size, contact us and we will ship the correct item immediately.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days via your original payment method.

For any shipping or return enquiries, email us at hello@herbariumprints.com. Please include your order number (HP-XXXXXX) for faster processing.

As each print is produced to order, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply (EU Consumer Rights Directive, Article 16(c)). If your print arrives damaged or defective, we will of course send a replacement.
