• What paper do you print on?

  Enhanced Matte Paper, 189gsm. Museum-quality giclée printing with archival, fade-resistant inks. The matte finish eliminates glare and gives the prints a premium, tactile quality.

• Are frames included?

  No, prints are sold unframed. This allows you to choose a frame that matches your interior. Our prints fit all standard frame sizes.

• What sizes are available?

  We offer 7 sizes ranging from 30×40 cm (12×16") to 70×100 cm (28×40"). All sizes are listed on each product page.

• How long does shipping take?

  Orders are printed within 2–5 business days and shipped with tracking. Delivery typically takes 5–12 business days depending on your location. Shipping is free worldwide.

• Is the text on the poster scientifically accurate?

  Yes. All medicinal information is verified against the European Medicines Agency (EMA) herbal monographs and WHO monographs on medicinal plants. We use evidence-based language and include a disclaimer that the text is for educational purposes, not medical advice.

• Are the illustrations original?

  The illustrations are faithful reproductions of chromolithographic plates from Köhler's Medizinal-Pflanzen, first published in 1887. The originals are preserved at the Missouri Botanical Garden. We have carefully colour-corrected each image from high-resolution library scans.

• Can I return a print?

  Since each print is produced on demand specifically for you, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. If your print arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days and we will send a replacement.

• Do you offer wholesale or B2B?
