What we collect

Name, address, email, phone number and payment details when you place an order. Contact form details (name, email, message). Cookies for currency and language preferences.

Why we collect it

Processing and fulfilling your order via Printful. Communicating with you about your order. Responding to enquiries.

Third parties

Stripe (payment processing), Printful (production and shipping) and Cloudflare (CDN and security). We never sell your data.

Cookies

We use functional cookies for language and currency selection (1 year lifetime). No tracking or marketing cookies.

Your rights (GDPR)

Right to access, correction, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. Contact hello@herbariumprints.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet).

Retention

Order data is kept for 5 years in line with the Danish Bookkeeping Act. Contact form data is deleted after 12 months.

Security

SSL encryption end to end. Stripe is PCI DSS Level 1 compliant.
